Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
• Dispatching proper authorities in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts

• Evening shifts

Training and Development

As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive reputed company program on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024.
