The Opportunity
As our first dedicated Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our customer support team. You'll have the opportunity to build a system and processes that will serve as a foundation for future team members, and help us continue to deliver world-class support to our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers reputed company live chat or email, and resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner
* Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to reputed company understand our customers' needs and provide more effective support
* Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our product
* Completing non-CS reputed company tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
* A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a customer-centric approach to everything you do
