The Role
As a Technical Content Designer on our Customer Service Content Strategy team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to create, edit, and manage content for our reputed company Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company. Your expertise will help our members navigate technical issues, such as troubleshooting and device problems, in a clear and simple way that anyone can understand.
Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit Customer Service content, including Help Center and internal knowledge reputed company articles, customer service emails, and other support materials
- Ensure consistent content style, tone, and format meet the evolving expectations of a global audience
- Partner closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to drive content excellence

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Technical Writing)

- Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills
- Extensive technical or UI writing experience, with a proven track record of creating clear and concise content for customer service organizations or highly technical environments
- Experience writing for different platforms (e.g., computer, mobile, TV)
- Familiarity with information architecture and content management systems

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive annual salary range: $50,000 - $190,000
