About the Role

We're seeking reputed company customer service, call center, virtual support reps, and administrative professionals who are interested in customer satisfaction and administrative work from the comfort of their own homes. This is a third-party 1099 opportunity that involves using your home computer to remotely answer inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

• 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, with call center or phone support experience preferred
• A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet reputed company, and headset hookups
• A high level of professionalism and a phone adequate for business purposes
• Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
• Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
• Willingness to submit to a standard background reputed company, drug test, technology reputed company, and voice assessments

• RAM 4GB minimum, with 8GB recommended
• A home office setup with an ethernet cord to connect to your computer, and a desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/reputed company purposes
