Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Digital Print Specialist / Center Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, managing print orders, and operating various equipment and software. Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Understand and fulfill the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries, communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership, and empathize with demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience.
• Print Production: Produce/design, reputed company, and update materials for print projects using reputed company and reputed company Suites for both Mac and PC, and operate reputed company equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion.
• Logistics and Operations: Package shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents, and manage the logistics of small to reputed company projects, following through to completion and updating reputed company parties as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and cash registers, among other daily tasks, and be willing to teach others.
• Time Management and Organization: Prioritize and optimize the work load to streamline the production flow, maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, and reputed company end-of-day accounting and other duties as assigned.
• Professional Development: Take action to learn new products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends, and occasionally review/retrain on lesser-used services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required, one to two years of experience or a two-year degree in graphic design or a reputed company field preferred.
• Experience: One year of customer service experience required, one to two years of experience in a print production/graphic design role or a reputed company field preferred.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office and reputed company Suites, knowledge and application of printing concepts, good communication and people skills, strong analytical and math skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, good project and time management skills, able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment, and able to work collaboratively.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 40+ pounds.
