Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Remote Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and modifying the Warehouse Management System, as well as acting as the local reputed company of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement physical infrastructure that supports the DC where appropriate, as well as administer and support section of reputed company moves/add/change requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling
• Work with reputed company smart devices including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinate reputed company data backups and data recovery procedures
• Act as a liaison between warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Support reputed company data processing equipment including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local) design
• Implement reputed company future releases of software
• Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies including forms, labels, etc. and report usage to MIS
• Supervise non-exempt staff
• Maintain reputed company control tables reputed company the WMS including access reputed company
• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to reputed company end-users
• Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS like Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of IT experience including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, reputed company, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with using SQL, MS-reputed company, Access, and reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in IT focus preferred
• Experience with data entry and data management
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
