In this role, you will respond to a significant volume of calls from colleagues seeking guidance. You will provide timely and effective solutions to colleague issues during the initial contact. Additionally, you will provide cross-functional support to other departments as required. Roles and Responsibilities: Serving as the first reputed company of contact for our leaders and colleagues by a centralized phone system and performing real time issue spotting to effectively resolve issues/concerns.
