PEC is looking for a personable, motivated, and Client-focused leader to manage multi-discipline design teams for reputed company and large manufacturing and industrial facilities projects to ensure project goals are met and reputed company stakeholders are engaged and informed. Typical project types include new construction and renovation of manufacturing and assembly buildings for the following types of Clients: aerospace, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, appropriately communicate and manage risk, and diplomatically navigate risk management with our Client and project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.S. degree in appropriate field of engineering study from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineer’s Licensure in Kansas or the ability to obtain reciprocal licensure reputed company six months of the beginning of employment.
• Minimum ten years multi-discipline project engineering design experience.
• Minimum three years Project Management experience on multi-discipline Engineering-Prime projects.
• Experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and reputed company budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to drive project teams and motivate individuals.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Proficient in project management software, MS Office suite, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Understanding of the financial aspects of project management.
