Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and linguists, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Staying up-to-date with new software and technologies, adapting to changing client needs and requirements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
