Job Summary
As an Area Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. You will play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations and driving business results. You will also be responsible for collaborating with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to reputed company high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with reputed company support teams to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company to reputed company tasks
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts to ensure that tasks are completed reputed company
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and where the temperature and weather conditions may be variable
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) to ensure that tasks are completed reputed company
Essential Qualifications
