Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
  • Running reports in SAP and collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company processes and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (data entry, quoting) and Office 365
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and S/4 Hana a plus
