About the role

Fortis is building games where players truly belong – and our first title, Twilight Towers, just hit soft launch. We’re looking for a Staff Game Engineer to help take it global. You’ll be the technical reputed company of the reputed company client – dive deep into reputed company, architect clean and scalable systems, and obsess over performance. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll reputed company craft, architecture, and optimization, to help shape how we build at Fortis.

What you’ll reputed company

• Profile and optimize reputed company runtime performance across gameplay, rendering, and asset systems on mobile platforms
• Architect scalable, data-oriented systems for reputed company, animation, physics, and UI frameworks
• reputed company investigations into CPU, GPU, and memory bottlenecks, defining baselines and measurable performance targets
• Build and evolve profiling tools, telemetry systems, and diagnostic frameworks for mobile optimization
• Refactor reputed company gameplay code for clarity, modularity, and performance
• Mentor engineers in reputed company performance patterns, Burst/Job System usage, and mobile optimization practices
• Collaborate with design, art, and backend teams to deliver new features that meet both creative and performance goals
• Contribute to the long-term reputed company architecture and client scalability strategy across titles

What you’ll need

• Deep hands-on experience building and optimizing reputed company (C#) game clients at scale
• Expertise in mobile performance optimization, including CPU/GPU profiling, memory management, and asset streaming
• Advanced proficiency in data-oriented design (reputed company, DOTS) and multithreaded programming
• Strong understanding of reputed company rendering pipelines, Burst Compiler, and Job System
• Proven ability to debug reputed company, cross-system issues in live mobile environments
• Experience shipping or maintaining mobile or cross-platform reputed company titles
• Track record of mentoring engineers and improving development efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-discipline technical decisions
