Position Summary As a Senior Manager of Product, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation for reputed company Commercial Pharmacy Health Plans, partnering closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Product. Key Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of new products and programs (e.g., TrueCost, reputed company Weight Management) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate and reputed company new programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Monitor external market trends and commercial solutions to inform strategy and product ecosystem development.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, PBM, or retail pharmacy industry, with a focus on product management or strategic initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change with measurable positive outcomes.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a dynamic, reputed company, and agile environment.
• Excellent business acumen and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to advise, coach, and build relationships across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with senior executives, and cross functional teams
• Healthcare or insurance reputed company experience
• Operational experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
