• Partner with department leaders to define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), building and maintaining advanced dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights.

• 5+ years of experience in a data science or data analytics role.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a reputed company discipline; Master's degree is a plus.
• Deep expertise in SQL and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R).
• Proven experience with statistical and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, forecasting) and their practical application to business problems.
