Job Overview

Your primary responsibilities will include servicing clients daily, answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the client experience. You will also work closely with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work part-time from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 8 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, 16:00 and 20:00. You will also be required to attend training sessions at our Gresham Street, London office for 2 days per week during your first month, between 09:30 and 16:30.
