Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Live Chat agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for clients, prospects, and customers, providing exceptional service and support reputed company our Live Chat functionality. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing clients daily, answering questions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve the client experience. You will also work closely with team members to tailor and enhance our products, resources, and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work part-time from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 8 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, 16:00 and 20:00. You will also be required to attend training sessions at our Gresham Street, London office for 2 days per week during your first month, between 09:30 and 16:30.

Key Responsibilities
