Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build foundational data requirements, technical classification structures, and specific compliance rationale to support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across reputed company Owned Brand organizations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, in establishing relevant data requirements and flexible guidelines that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.

Essential Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines programs, preferably including packaging design and development
• Ability to influence without authority, manage projects, work with groups, resolve conflict, build reputed company, establish affinity, and collaborate effectively, both internally and externally, across reputed company levels of an organization
• Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
• Skilled at creating and advising on content, structure, and delivery of effective training platforms, roadshows, and communication
