Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Service Representative. Compensation Details

We offer competitive compensation packages, including:

  • Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour, contingent upon weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual reputed company Pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual Enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour, contingent upon weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Complete a background reputed company and health screening
  • Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible with our internal systems)

Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
