Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Insurance Support team, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing information on medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order solutions to ensure our members have a clear understanding of their coverage and options. Key Responsibilities
