Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Logistics Inside Sales Coordinator to join our client's International team. As a key member of the sales support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of shipments. Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Inside Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company sales support functions, business implementation with operations, and support first shipments for new accounts
  • Leading account on-boarding to include setup for online tracking or automation, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of SOP onboarding according to customer needs and objectives provided by sales
  • Communicating possible new business opportunities to sales with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborating with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues reputed company setting up reports, online tracking or AMS, ISF needs
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed communicated by sales
  • Initiating and coordinating the import of Ocean and reputed company shipments until they are processed by the Import Department
  • Preparing formal quotes to customers
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of NVOCC or supply chain operations and business logics

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of NVOCC or supply chain operations & business logics
  • 2 years of logistics work experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, speak English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and writing abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in reputed company, ocean, domestic, or supply chain platform preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
