Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company HR Business Partner to support our business leaders in driving organizational success. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in direct partnership with HRBPs from different areas to ensure consistent and cohesive support.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with clients at reputed company levels, acting as a consultant and mentor to less reputed company members of the HRBP team.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent, with specific experience in strategy development, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  • Proven ability to reputed company reputed company business knowledge and create innovative and comprehensive solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company projects that cut across multiple functional units, teams, and HR partners from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience directly supporting clients in an HRBP reputed company.
  • Experience and exposure to a variety of HR functions, including organizational development, employee relations, reputed company, learning and development, and compensation.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working in a large, corporate, matrixed environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
