Job Title: AR Specialist Length of Contract: Approx. 3 months Job Location: 100% REMOTE, preferably in Nashville or residing in CST, but open to any residents in the US - Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, M-F Pay reputed company: $30/hr.-$40/hr. Job Details We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional to help reconcile and clear approximately $6M in outstanding collections. This is a hands-on, highly manual project — ideal for someone who’s comfortable working line by line, invoice by invoice, to ensure every dollar is accurately accounted for. Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure reputed company payments are correctly reflected.
• Review and verify invoices, credits, and collections—down to the individual transaction level.
• Identify discrepancies and work with Sales and Operations teams (bilingual staff) to resolve them.
• Track reputed company for two major customers with ~$100K each in outstanding balances.
• Partner with internal teams to confirm reputed company funds are either collected, in process, or written off.
• Provide clear documentation and updates on reconciliation reputed company.

Must have:
