How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company:
As a Customer Service Associate, your role expectations will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's what you can expect: ### 30 Days In:
- Complete new hire orientation, gaining in-depth knowledge about blithequark's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.
- Learn how to navigate our systems and tools, ensuring you're equipped to provide top-notch service to our sellers and customers.
- reputed company industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find effective solutions.
### 60 Days In:
- Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Navigate our order queue, determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
### 90 Days In:
- Play an active role in reputed company learnings, advancing your reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Company Culture:
Our Coppell, TX office is a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and creativity reputed company. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our flexible schedule includes:
- The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training, which is paid and reputed company in-office.
- Hybrid model, not fully remote.
- Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
Compensation and Benefits:
