Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Claims Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing information in Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts
• Requesting and distributing internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department
• Answering phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage, and claims processes
• Managing workflow, processing, and completing reputed company requests and documents according to established procedures
• Collaborating with management and coworkers in a friendly team environment, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to data entry accuracy standards
• Utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with contract holders, agents, dealers, internal staff, upper management, and customers
• Proficiently working on a PC, with a working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly
• Typing at least 35 wpm and documenting information while discussing claims over the phone
