This internship is for summer 2026. Our internships are full-time for 12 weeks, and we offer two program timelines to align with different academic calendars. This internship will be located in SeaTac, WA. If not already in the internship city, candidates will be required to relocate for the duration of the internship. Key Duties + Work to implement cross-divisional improvement processes for the airline Network Operations Center (NOC). + Analyze and interpret data that affects operational performance including safety, maintenance operations, flight planning, aircraft weight and balance, flight crew scheduling and on airline network operational performance. + Root cause analysis to identify trends impacting airline network operations. + Assist with the execution of operational plans supporting airline network goals and company objectives. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills Required + Working toward a Bachelors degree with a focus in aviation management, business analytics or statistics. + Proficient with reputed company Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook). + Ability to successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup and with other internal departments and teams. + High regard for safety and regulatory compliance. + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship. + Must have achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum age of 18. + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred + Work experience in aviation or transportation analytics.
