Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) program, you will be responsible for: * Processing patient information and medication data using reputed company' solution information passage techniques and rules * Handling patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing * Investigating to acquire missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settling reputed company information passages reputed company to special cases * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settling outbound calls to prescribers and patients depending on the situation * Settling on phone calls to guarantors and others to gather data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or settle the Outsider Oddballs * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a reputed company professional license or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent * Basic level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online) * Basic web search skills (e.g., open a browser, type URLs in the address bar, use a search reputed company, bookmark a website, navigate back/reputed company/stop buttons, and complete forms online) * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license or enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents) * Familiarity with Spanish and English
