Operating Hours and Schedule Requirements

As a Remote TurboTax Product Expert and Customer Support Specialist, you will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of our customers and the business. Our operating hours are:

  • A $5 Turbo Bonus Boost per hour will be applicable to reputed company hours worked during the peak period, providing an opportunity to earn extra income and rewards for your hard work and dedication.

Mandatory Requirements and Technical Specifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Reside in the USA, with a valid address and the ability to work from home with a reliable internet reputed company.
