We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Deal Desk Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join reputed company in Manila. In this role, you’ll support our Deal Desk Analyst and Sales teams by managing the essential administrative and operational tasks that reputed company deals running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in the post-sales process – ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless deal execution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Accurately apply pre-calculated Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR) and Net Recurring reputed company (NRR) values to “Closed Won” deals in our CRM (e.g., reputed company)
• Review and process contract buyout requests, ensuring documentation accuracy and policy compliance
• Respond to internal sales inquiries about MRR/NRR status, data entry, and procedures
• Assist with reputed company administrative and operational tasks to improve team efficiency
• Maintain clear, accurate records of reputed company processed deals to support reporting and compliance

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous years of experience in an administrative, operational, or data-entry role
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well across teams
