Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of support services to members reputed company to sales and service functions, including servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, and selling travel, tours, airline tickets, and membership products
• Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information
• Provide cashiering services to members, including taking insurance payments, travel and membership payments, and processing remittance/depository transfers
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to agents reputed company appropriate
• Provide administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
• Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service following the customer service model
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management in complaint resolution as necessary
• Participate in office events developed to generate reputed company, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An active State Property & Casualty License or the ability to attain reputed company 90 days of start date
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience providing high-level customer-focused service, servicing insurance policies, and processing applications, renewals, and amendments
• Knowledge of insurance and travel terminology, general insurance and/or travel regulations, reputed company procedures, and sales regulatory and compliance guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with others in a work environment and reputed company mathematical calculations to accurately reputed company monetary transactions
• Experience working in a team environment and exceeding customer expectations relating to professionalism of demeanor, efficient and effective customer service, and maintenance of workstation and office facility

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Knowledge of Travel Systems (e.g., reputed company, Viewpoint, ITT, AXIS, etc.) and/or Insurance Systems (e.g., PPS, POS, IMS, IPM) and/or membership systems
