Job Overview

This position offers daily technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. As a TSG Technician II, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues. You will also maintain passwords, data reputed company, and file system reputed company, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing technical support to computer system users, answering questions, and resolving computer issues in person, reputed company phone, email, chat, and other means.

Key Responsibilities
