Offsite Chat Support Specialist

About The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Offsite Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a key reputed company of contact for our clients, you'll ensure they have a seamless and positive experience by providing timely and efficient chat-based support. This full-time, hourly position requires strong English communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service in a remote work environment. What You'll Do • Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or technical issues, escalating reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve processes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system. • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, such as response times and resolution rates. • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement during interactions. Qualifications • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or chat-based role. • Exceptional written English communication skills, with a strong ability to clarify and explain solutions. • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple conversations simultaneously. • A proactive problem-solving reputed company with keen attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes or priorities. MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATE OF AMERICA The pay range for this role is: 18.21 - 31.53 USD per hour(Remote (Yuma, Arizona, US))
