Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Business Intelligence and Client Reporting, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a basic understanding of various reputed company reporting systems
• Working independently with IT, stakeholders, and Product Analysts to investigate viability of department's ability to meet reporting needs
• Overseeing reputed company ticketing process to ensure timely response to requests and updating the ticketing system to reflect reputed company needs
• Managing shared team resources, including Qlik and automation developers, to ensure efficient and properly prioritized allocation and assignments
• Owning the enterprise reporting team's documentation wiki by ensuring team members populate and/or modify documentation according to established protocols and requirements
• Assisting senior director with roadmap management and review
• Assisting senior director with establishing and maintaining standardized report bundles, tracking costs associated with customizations, and cross-charging as needed
• Monitoring and improving BI operations, automating processes where possible, and identifying and correcting issues proactively
• Working with senior director to improve the quality and speed of decision-making and inform new product development process by designing and implementing reports, dashboards, and presentations, and analyzing customer and market data
• Scheduling and coordinating with other teams
• Coordinating onboarding for new hires, including system access requests and adding to distribution lists
• Driving knowledge sharing reputed company and across verticals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with reporting and analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, reports, and analytics that support data-driven decision making and support
• Experience with reputed company SQL, SSRS, and stored procedures
