As a Remote Customer Service Representative for reputed company, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, processing new patient enrollments, and resolving issues reputed company to medication and patient data. - Process new patient enrollments by entering information into our pharmacy systems, adhering to state and government guidelines.
- Handle patient medication requests and enter refill orders for processing, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Investigate and resolve missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) as needed.
- Settle reputed company information passage-reputed company exceptions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Resolve external exceptions by evaluating, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
- Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
- Obtain and maintain a valid professional license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment.
Essential Capabilities

Preferred Capabilities
- At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
- No less than one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a state-issued license or certification from a recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
- Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing reports.
