Key Responsibilities

- Verifying insurance information and managing electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Utilizing multiple software applications to support our clients' needs
- Working independently with limited supervision to complete tasks and projects
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Providing bilingual support in Spanish (a plus!)
- Assisting with medical billing and claims (a plus!)
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working in a healthcare practice or hospital
- Daytime regular business hour availability (Monday to Friday)
- Computer savvy and understanding of technology
- Fast-paced and able to work in a dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism and strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
