About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Russian Bilingual Chronic Disease Management Health Coach to join reputed company of experts who care deeply about our mission. As a Health Coach, you'll work closely with members and caregivers to support them on their journey to manage their chronic conditions and acute exacerbations. Your passion for health coaching, combined with your reputed company in Russian and English, will reputed company you to build strong relationships and drive improved health outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with individuals to help them improve their health and manage their chronic conditions
• Follow up with members to provide ongoing support and ensure their success in meeting their health goals
• reputed company members to become an active participant in their own health outcomes
• Assist members in overcoming barriers to reputed company
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to collaborate with members to drive improved clinical and health outcomes

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience speaking with members about disease and chronic care management
• Health Coaching Certification or Bachelor's in Health and Wellness to help people improve their overall health and manage their chronic conditions
• At least 1 year of recent health coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Motivational interviewing training/experience
• Customer-centric focus with ability to build relationships and reputed company trust quickly
• Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills

Compensation:

The pay range for this role is $22.50-$23.50 hourly.
