About the Role

We are seeking a talented and reputed company Fitness Program Coordinator to support our corporate client sites in Miami and Homestead, FL. As a Fitness Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of services to improve the health and well-being of the entire employee population. This comprehensive health and fitness position will involve the development and implementation of wellness programs and challenges, wellness presentations, health screenings, fitness center management, and much more. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness presentations and workshops to educate employees on various health topics
• Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify health risks and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage fitness centers, including equipment maintenance, staffing, and program development

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or a reputed company discipline
• 1+ years of reputed company experience in fitness, wellness, or a reputed company field

• Experience in leading, coordinating, and delivering effective programs, including budgeting, marketing, and promotions
• Experience in managing fitness centers, including equipment maintenance, staffing, and program development
