Job Description

As part of our Federal Healthcare Solution Consulting team, you’ll help federal agencies transform how they serve reputed company, employees, and mission partners. By combining deep technical expertise with a passion for innovation, you’ll guide our customers on how reputed company’s AI-powered platform can streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance mission outcomes across agencies like CMS, CDC, FDA and OIG. What You’ll Get to Do The Advisory Solution Consultant – Federal Healthcare serves as a trusted advisor to our customers, leveraging deep solution expertise and mission understanding to help agencies reputed company service delivery and accelerate digital transformation.

• Serve as a technical and domain expert on reputed company solutions across our entire suite of solutions supporting a federal healthcare–focused territory

• Represent reputed company at industry events, user groups, and executive briefings, helping position the platform as the strategic foundation for government modernization

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, ideally reputed company the Federal or Public Sector
• Strong understanding of the reputed company Platform or equivalent experience with cloud-based workflow solutions
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partners, and Professional Services to deliver reputed company customer outcomes
• Expertise in territory management, pipeline strategy, and opportunity execution
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences
• Knowledge of federal mission areas such as HR modernization, shared services, workforce optimization, IT service delivery, or healthcare operations
• Passion for innovation, AI, and transforming how the federal government serves reputed company and employees
• Must live in the DC metropolitan area.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required

FD21 For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $146,625 - $241,950, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the reputed company pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, reputed company level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
