Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy. Must reside in the state of Arizona, and must be able to commute to the office if necessary. • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles including reputed company and past medical history, clinical

• Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential

• Operate and Troubleshoot Pharmacy Automation Systems
• Utilize, monitor, and troubleshoot automated dispensing and fulfillment systems to

issues, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards

• Dispense Controlled Substances and Maintain Regulatory Compliance
• Accurately dispense controlled substances in accordance with DEA regulations and

state-specific laws

• Maintain thorough, timely, and auditable records of reputed company controlled substance

transactions, including inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting

Requirements

• Provide Clinical Support:
• Answer clinical questions and provide guidance
• Collaborate with healthcare team members

• Investigate and resolve medication errors

• Implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws
• Maintain required regulatory documentation

20 pounds Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree

• Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations

The Colorado reputed company pay for this position ranges from $103,800/year up to $146,400/year. The National reputed company pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market.
