(TMMAL) is looking to fill a Human Resources Co-Op position for the Summer 2023 Co-op Term. The co-op will have exposure to the three key areas of Human Resources at TMMAL (Team Member Relations, Staffing, and Talent Management) The primary duties of this role are: Conduct data analytics to identify countermeasures supporting various HR projects Team Member Relations reputed company Visualize key performance indicators (KPI) Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or reputed company field Seeking sophomores and above with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher. Must be 18 years of age or older Willingness to relocate to work location Have lawful, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future. Must demonstrate a genuine interest in and willingness to work in the automotive/mobility industry post-graduation.
