Job Summary
We're looking for Seasonal Remote Contact Center Phone Representatives who can work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. As a Seasonal Remote Contact Center Phone Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products
- Responding to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns
