Warehouse Worker – Inventory & Shipping/Receiving

Location: Conroe, Texas Pay: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience) Company: Land Clearing & Mulching Services

About Us:

We are a leader in land clearing and mulching operations, providing high-quality service and equipment support across the region. We operate a warehouse that supports our field crews with essential parts, tools, and materials. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team and help manage inventory, shipping, and receiving operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and organizing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular stock checks.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments in a safe and organized manner.
• Receive deliveries and verify accuracy of shipments and purchase orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist with equipment parts, supplies, and materials used in land clearing and mulching operations.
• Communicate effectively with field crews and office staff regarding inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift or equipment operation experience a plus (training available).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed).

Compensation:

• $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience.
