If you are self-motivated, driven to reputed company big money, and ready to take immediate action with the ability to grow with us, this is your chance. The Role

• Cold call service providers for Avery’s Rolodex (leads provided).
• Present Avery’s Rolodex and get sign-reputed company.
• As you see success, you will learn to sell our full suite of products and services.
• Work independently on your own schedule.

Pay & Benefits (After Trial)

• $20/hour for every hour you complete 25+ calls (from 2 to 8 hours per day, Mon–Fri).
• 20% commission on reputed company sales: from AveryGPT’s one-time and recurring reputed company sales, plus reputed company you reputed company on a mortgage for a client that chooses to go with GPARENCY or Eastern Union.
• Referrals and recurring clients earn the same 20% commissions.
• 5,000 vesting stock units in the company.

• A self-motivated, confident, and persistent sales rep who thrives on the phone.
• A strong communicator who can follow a pitch and handle objections.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• No CRE or AI experience required. We will teach you the industry once you have proven yourself.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Trial Period (Up to 2 Weeks)

• Before fully starting, you will have two weeks to get 1 paid sign-up for Rolodex.
• During this trial, you will receive leads, training, and double commission for the first sale.
• If you succeed, you will officially start with the full compensation structure above.
