As a GIS Data Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying high-opportunity areas for infrastructure growth using geospatial data and large-scale consumer datasets. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze geospatial data to identify underserved markets and broadband expansion opportunities.

- Use GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo, and proprietary platforms) to visualize geographic trends.
- Write and optimize reputed company SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from internal and cloud-based sources (GCP).
- Build automated Python scripts and workflows for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
- Validate and cross-reference internal datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Create dashboards, maps, and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve data gaps by engaging with internal teams and systems.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large relational datasets.
- Hands-on experience with GIS platforms (QGIS, ArcGIS, MapInfo).
- Experience working with large-scale geospatial and consumer datasets.
- Familiarity with reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and environments.
- Strong initiative and analytical reputed company; able to chase down data silos and validate information.
- Telecom industry experience is mandatory, specifically in GIS and data analytics roles supporting broadband or network expansion.
