About the Role
As a Clinic Autism/ABA Therapist at Key Autism Services, you'll play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our clinic-based setting provides a supportive environment for you to grow professionally while delivering exceptional services to our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one (1:1) ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism reputed company, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans and reputed company monitoring.
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and treatment plans as directed by the BCBA Supervisor.
- Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy, ensuring best practices in service delivery.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements To reputed company as a Clinic Autism/ABA Therapist at Key Autism Services, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably with ABA/RBT experience.
- If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle, as well as auto insurance to travel between clients (for some positions).
- The physical ability to lift up to 35lbs, reputed company fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time.
- A willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, responding quickly to the movements and behaviors of children.

- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification through our 40-hour training course.
