Job Summary

As a Performance Analyst, you'll provide dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce. You'll work closely with the DTOA team to conduct forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and reputed company business analysis, as well as provide analytical support to the local operation and partners across the division. This includes development, management, measurement, and analytics. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions

• Build dashboards and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to manage various programs
• Execute programs critical to the business operation as required under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role

• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)

• Experience with SQL and R or Python
