As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of dispatchers, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management experience leading large teams in Specialized Activities, Coordinated Operations Control, Airport Operations, or Cargo, including unionized frontline workgroups
• Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government Flight Organization (FAA) Airplane Dispatcher Certificate preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry and specialized operations, reputed company (AA) business strategy, company policies and procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, as well as FAA policies, practices, and procedures
