Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager at blithequark, you will play a key role in leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional results
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with reputed company support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans to meet business objectives
