• Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets with precision and accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
• Communicating with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, and advising on cancelled or delayed flights
• Staying up-to-date on new rules, policies, and procedures that reputed company customers, ensuring seamless communication and support

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
