As a remote call center fundraising specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Following client-approved messaging for each campaign on every call
• Following the fundraising call structure on every call
• Connecting emotionally with prospects and serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization
• Making a compelling case for financial support on every call
• Maintaining a professional appearance and meeting dress code requirements

Schedule and Flexibility We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a schedule that suits your needs. While we occasionally offer longer evening or morning shifts for extra hours, this is not guaranteed. Our starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 days, six months, and one year. After one year of employment, you will receive $15.00 per hour, along with accrued paid time off.
