Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in blithequark's National Campaigns Unit, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to investors through inbound, outbound, and email responses
- Engaging with investors to address their concerns and provide accurate information
- Effectively communicating the company's message to dispel misinformation and direct investors to the correct voting channels
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet and exceed performance metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data entry, or a reputed company field
- A good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
- The ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
- A MacBook or Windows (10 or 11) computer with a reputed company operating system
- A USB headset (no wireless)
- Dual monitors (optional but beneficial)
- A reliable internet reputed company with a speed of 50 download/10 upload
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of shareholder communications and proxy meetings
- Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
