The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every delivery we fulfill is a home run. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers and drivers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities:
